Drop off your film in person at our Deep Ellum lab or Bishop Arts store during normal business hours. You may also use the film dropbox at either store 24/7.

Once your film is dropped off you'll receive an invoice for the processing of your negatives before the order is complete. At the time of completion, you'll receive a second invoice for the digital scans. Once paid, your files will be sent to you through WeTransfer during normal business hours. You may then pick up your negatives or they will be shipped to you.

Normal turnaround time for film orders is 3-7 business days. You may ask the front desk for the current turnaround time as it may vary!
