Once your film is dropped off you'll receive an invoice for the processing of your negatives before the order is complete. At the time of completion, you'll receive a second invoice for the digital scans. Once paid, your files will be sent to you through WeTransfer during normal business hours. You may then pick up your negatives or they will be shipped to you.
Your film will be handled with great care by our team of professional lab technicians.
Normal turnaround time for film orders is 3-7 business days. You may ask the front desk for the current turnaround time as it may vary!
RUSH is available for orders dropped off at the Deep Ellum lab only.
Visit us in store at our lab in Deep Ellum or our Bishop Arts location to drop off film with an associate during business hours. Use our film drop box at either location for after hours drop off. Be sure to fill out all parts of the paperwork, we will collect your film and send you an invoice promptly!
