Sally Mann is a photographer and writer from Virginia. Ansel Adams once said she was the best printer of silver gelatin photographs alive. She gained notoriety in the early nineties for her extensive documentation of her children on wet-plate collodion. She later focused on storytelling through landscapes in the South. She has been exhibited World Wide and is considered one of the most important figures in Contemporary Art.
